We are seeking a Recruiter!

As a Recruiter at Creative Dock, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will manage the recruitment process for open roles assigned to you and be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and achieving hiring goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.

The core qualities of a Recruiter:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Datacruit is a plus.

What we need from a Recruiter:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques to build a pipeline of passive candidates.

Interview and Selection:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations on candidates.

Offer Management:

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of employment in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Develop Recruitment Strategies:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
