Creative Dock is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to assist in the execution of digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

What we need you to do:

  • Digital Advertising: Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ideally with focus on Google Ads. 

  • Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to provide insights.

  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

  • Audience Targeting: Implement audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers.

  • Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy for online advertising campaigns.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and improve results.

  • ROI Tracking: Measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.

What we need from you:

  • Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand gen, etc.)
  • Meta Business Manager 
  • Google Analytics 
  • Any other ad tool is welcome
  • Experience with e-commerce is a must
  • English is a must German is a plus

Hiring Process:

  • Screening phone call with the recruiter
  • Interview with hiring manager
  • Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – we want to see how you work and we are looking forward to hearing your questions about Creative Dock)
