Head of Sales

Creative Dock, a leading force in corporate venture building, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our Growth Domain's sales function. 

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader capable of developing and nurturing a unified sales department. With a focus on achieving annual sales targets, the Head of Sales will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, entering new markets, and driving the external expansion of the New Business pillar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and penetrate new markets.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive external expansion.
• Establish a selective lead onboarding process and define KPIs within the pipeline cycle.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage CRM systems and sales tools to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategic decisions and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, building relationships and generating new leads.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Take responsibility for the department's P&L, ensuring financial targets are achieved.

What We Need From You:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution, with significant experience in business development and portfolio management.
• Hard Skills: Expertise in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to drive sales and business growth.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, a strategic and results-driven mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in Czech is considered a bonus.
